I have been to India before but this time I wanted to take my son to visit some of the most iconic places. I was very lucky to have been introduced to Imperial India Escapes - they organised absolutely everything but they also worked with me to include what I wanted. I felt reassured that things were booked and taken care of such as hotels and transfers. But most of all, it was having a contact there in India who I could call at any time. We wanted to do some sightseeing and a bit of relaxing, so they created us the perfect itinerary which included things we hadn’t even thought of - they really went the extra mile. From the moment we were greeted at the airport (with beautiful flower garlands) and throughout our two-week trip, everything was perfect. We had some specific requests such as recommendations for vegetarian restaurants and trying to jam-pack quite a few sights in the time we had but nothing was too much trouble, they made it all possible. They planned a fully customised 10‑day Golden Triangle trip for us and put us completely at ease from the word go, especially as first‑time visitors. Hitan and Avinash took the time to understand our concerns and were reassuring from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organised, amazing hotels, smooth transfers, comfortable transport, and a brilliant English‑speaking driver and guide. We even enjoyed trying local street food along the way, thanks to our driver’s thoughtful suggestions.
